About Her 75
Her 75 is a 75-day wellness challenge framework built for women. It comes in three intensity modes — 75 Soft, 75 Medium, and 75 Hard — with cycle-aware modifications and the same five daily habits at every level: movement, water, reading, mindful eating, and a daily progress photo.

Why Her 75 exists
The 75 Hard challenge went viral in 2020. It was designed by men, for general fitness, with no account for the menstrual cycle, hormonal fluctuations, postpartum recovery, or peri-menopause. Multiple independent trackers estimate only about a quarter of women who attempt the original 75 Hard complete it. The failure modes are biological, not motivational.
Her 75 is the women-first answer: same 75-day structure, three adaptable intensities, cycle-aware modifications, and a built-in permission to step down a mode instead of restarting from Day 1.
